I had a fun time completing my Senior Project. I really wish it hadn't been cut short because if the COVID-19 virus. Because of this virus, it made things harder and more challenging. But I pushed through it all and completed this project.

Since we are unable to give a live presentation, we are making PowerPoints and recording our audio to go with it. The process is very simple to do. Our presentations include the steps of our project, pictures, forms of evidence, and more reflections.
I sent the check to the Paralyzed Veterans of America organization. I got a cashier check from the bank for $1431. I also had the $500 Modern Woodman check. To make sure the checks arrived safely, I got an insured envelope to protect them in case anything happened.
For our final portfolios and presentations we have to complete reflections on how we felt we completed out projects. We had to judge ourselves on how we carried out our projects and if we were efficient in the process. We also had to do an evaluation which was similar to the reflections.
I made the $500 match from Modern Woodman. The tournament actually ended up making $1231 dollars from registration, donations, and concession stands. The Modern Woodman check for $500 arrived in the mail on April 1st. I am working on getting one check put together and I am going to mail that to the Paralyzed Veteran's Foundation in Sioux Falls.
The tournament was last Saturday and it went smoothly. It was actually super fun and everyone had a blast. I made close to $1400 and I am also receiving a $500 match from Modern Woodman. The concession stand alone made almost $400. I ended up having 7 teams register and it made the bracket kind of interesting and it was double elimination. It was a very successful day and was worth all the hassle.
I ordered 25 t-shirts and they were made and shipped in less than a week. The T-shirts will be handed out to the people helping me and the first and second place teams. The t-shirts are dark blue with red font on the front and back.
I have been going around to the local businesses in town and asking for donations. Many of the businesses have been generous enough to donate at least $20 towards my senior project. This money will be used towards the pay out for the teams and for the concession stands. And for the concession stands I plan to buy the left over candy and food that the school has from the basketball games.
I recently got the t-shirts ordered for the tournament. I ordered them with a $250 sponsorship from Thrivent. I ordered 25 shirts because the first and second place teams and the people helping with the tournament get shirts. The shirts are blue with red font and designs.
Its slowly getting closer to the date of the tournament. I have been getting donations from businesses in town. People have also been starting to register teams. Modern Woodsman has agreed to match $500 and I also have sponsorship from Thrivent. Everything is starting to come together.
